In today’s “drop & hook” world of transportation, the trailer tandems are required to be at the rearmost position for loading safety. The SRASTFast will assist the driver in this function. Most “drop” yards have low level or no lighting. The attached LED light allows the driver a safer environment to complete his/her task of sliding the air release tandem. When a driver picks up a load, he has to re-position his sliding tandem to an estimated location for weight distribution. Once he has left the facility, he must go to a certified scale and adjust his weight to the appropriate legal weights. SRASTFast assists the driver in a safe and clean implementation of this function.
